Acceptance of Terms: By using Aqua-Rex, you agree to the following terms of service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website.
Use of Website: Aqua-Rex is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use the website for any other purpose without prior written consent.
User Accounts: To purchase on Aqua-Rex, you may checkout as a guest or need to create an account at some point. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account.
Products: Aqua-Rex offers a wide range of products for sale. We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. Product media showcased on our website may not precisely depict or represent the actual products, in which case it is intended for illustrative purposes only and to serve as examples.
Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your available order and refund the rest. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order upon new order with free shipping for that specific order.
Pricing and Payment: All prices are in USD, and we won’t collect any sales tax or VAT(Valued Additional Tax) from customers.
Aqua-Rex accepts PayPal and all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
Processing of orders: Products from Aqua-Rex may need preparation during the processing stage. Products may need to be assembled or packaged on demand after placing an order due to inventory status, so it might take a bit longer to deliver them to you.
In those cases, making products on demand helps reduce overproduction and waste. Orders will be processed during work days only.
The following are timeframes for ordering from us:
- Working days are from Monday – Friday.
- Order preparation and processing, 1-2 days
- Return request time for unsatisfied purchase, 100 days from delivery date
- Defect report, 100 days from delivery date.
- The right to cancel is valid within 24 hours.
- The total Refund frequency allowed is once (1) per 30 days; requests that meet this criterion will only be granted if damaged on arrival.
- Refunded amounts are reflected within 7-14 days on bank accounts or credit/debit cards, depending on the financial institution’s terms (this is out of our control after completing the refund request from our side).
Shipping and Delivery: We need 1 – 2 days to process the order and an additional 3 – 5 days for delivery to the address provided at checkout within the United States.
Communication: Email via email@example.com is our main designated contact channel for all correspondences related to order support, requests, refunds, returns, etc. This is for quality control, increased efficiency, and reduced response time.

- A description of the support needed.
- Any supporting documents.
Our email response time is within 1 to 2 work days, which may vary during weekends, holidays, etc.
Returns and Refunds: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 100 days from the delivery date, and otherwise your request will not be granted. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 100 days for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please email us before starting the return process. Moreover, a customer can only receive one full refund for any reason per month. Discounted products with more than 25% are not refundable due to return shipping expenses and restocking costs.
Non-Refundable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards, Downloadable software products, and Some health and personal care items. Please check the product description for any eligibility restrictions.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Intellectual Property: All content on Aqua-Rex, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Aqua-Rex and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability: Aqua-Rex is not liable for any damages arising from using our website and the products sold on our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. The products must be used as intended and what is considered normal usage. Aqua-Rex is not liable for any damages from the misuse of our products.
Modification of Terms: Aqua-Rex reserves the right to modify these terms of service without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. And use the live information currently on the website, including description, prices, shipping costs, text, images, and logos.
