Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes, items may not meet your expectations, and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a straightforward refund policy, as follows:

Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds on products returns that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, the return request must be initiated within 100 days from delivery date, with order number or copy of receipt. Refund Process: To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team at We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including but not limited to, gift cards, Downloadable software products,and some health and personal care items. Please check the product description for any eligibility restrictions.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs where applicable are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-14 business days to process, depending on your original method of payment and your financial institution.
Refund Frequency: A customer can only receive one full refund, for any reason, per month. The following/next refund request will be denied if within the period of one month. Special cases are subject to review at our discretion on a case by case basis.
